- Documents are tidier than live France Info / workplace threads.
- Vous/tutoiement and email register get less airtime than essay forms.
- Risk of sounding “exam French” in meetings.
How to bridge
Keep manuals for timed tasks. Add French media sheets, output workshop, and discourse markers. Use the French C1–C2 path so native input stays on the calendar.
Verdict
Worth it with a DALF date on the calendar. Pair with weekly production and news — the diploma alone will not finish workplace French.
