What DELE C1 actually tests
DELE C1 rewards control under constraints: integrating sources, formal register, coherent spoken turns, and listening for stance — not trivia. If your daily Spanish is only chatty YouTube, the exam will feel alien even if your ear is good.

Task-type map

Weekly DELE gym (90 minutes)
- 25 min — timed reading or listening from a past paper / sample.

- 20 min — spoken monologue on the same topic; self-score with the C1 rubric.
One gym day does not replace media day. Keep sheets on the calendar.
